Flow Launcher for Windows 11: Setup and Compatibility

At a glance

Flow Launcher 2.x supports Windows 11. Use it as a keyboard launcher alongside Windows, then configure a conflict-free hotkey, a file-search engine, and only the plugins needed for your workflow.

Start with activation and the correct package

Confirm your Windows system type and the selected release asset. Install the application, test Alt+Space, and choose another key if a different utility already uses it. Do not infer native ARM support from a Windows 11 label; inspect the exact package requirements.

Separate search from appearance

Test a known app and a local filename before importing a theme. Windows display scaling and monitor placement can affect readability and window position; the launcher does not replace the Windows taskbar or Start menu.

Use Windows 11 features deliberately

Test Dialog Jump with a standard Open or Save As dialog and verify the resulting path. For themes with blur, the browser preview is not a substitute for testing the actual Windows appearance.
